Or by an Individual license which enables the awarded company to provide public telecommunications services and/or operate public telecommunications networks which are used in provision of some or all services or in network operations that use scarce resources not excluded from requirements of acquiring an individual license by TRC according to article (3/ 7) of the “Instructions on Application Procedures and Criteria for Selection of Licensees for Public Telecommunications”. |
| الوصف باللغة العربية | أسماء المرخص لهم: تمثل أسماء الشركات الحاصلة على ترخيص لتقديم خدمات الاتصالات مقابل أجر إما بالحصول على رخصة فئوية أو فردية. رخصة فئوية: وهي رخصة لتقديم خدمات الاتصالات العامة و/أو تشغيل شبكات الاتصالات العام التي لا تتطلب استخدام الموارد النادرة، أو تتطلب استخدام الموارد النادرة التي تم اسثناؤها على وجه الخصوص من قبل الهيئة من متطلبات الحصول على الرخصة الفردية، وفق المادة (3/7) من تعليمات إجراءات تقديم الطلب ومعايير اختيار المرخص لهم للاتصالات العام. رخصة فردية: وهي الرخصة التي تمكن الشركة الحاصلة عليها من تقديم خدمات الاتصالات العامة و/أو تشغيل شبكات الاتصالات العامة التي تستخدم في تقديم بعض أو كل الخدمات أو في تشغيل الشبكات التي تستخدم الموارد النادرة التي لم تستثنها الهيئة من متطلبات الحصول على الرخصة الفردية، وفق المادة (3/7) من تعليمات إجراءات تقديم الطلب ومعايير اختيار المرخص لهم للاتصالات العام. |
